The temple was founded by Late Shri Bansilal Ramnath Agarwal, in the year 1972.The consecration(Pranpratishtha) of the temple was done in 1984.
The Mandir is made of pure white marble, without any use of steel in it, and it took almost 12 years to complete the work. The deities in the Mandir are also made of marble.
Significance of Temple:
The temple has the idols of Goddess MahaLaxmi, MahaSaraswati and MahaKali together.All these 3 idols are made of pure gold.
